Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your first server order is covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee: ask within 7 days and that payment is refunded in full (see fox3servers.com/help/guarantee). After that there are no partial refunds: if you cancel, your server stays active until the end of the current billing term and is then terminated. Upgrading to a higher tier credits the unused part of your current term.
