Fox3 Servers provides dedicated DCS World server hosting, mission automation, and managed services for the DCS community. Protecting your privacy is a core part of how Fox3 operates.
Fox3 does NOT sell, rent, or trade customer information. Ever. No exceptions.
We never share your name, email, address, payment details or account information with anyone, including Eagle Dynamics, Discord or Google. The one exception is the advertising measurement described below, which contains none of those.
If you arrive from one of our Google ads, we keep the ad's click ID in a first-party cookie. If you then buy, we tell Google Ads that a purchase happened, with the order amount and an order reference, so we can see which ads work. This runs through Cloudflare; no Google scripts run on our site. Visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and anyone can change their choice at any time with "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.
To provide managed servers, Fox3 generates and manages your Fox3 DCS ID. Fox3 has administrative access to these accounts only to set up your server, troubleshoot issues, manage mission automation, and perform maintenance and recovery.
Fox3 never accesses customer accounts for any other purpose.
Fox3 retains no personal customer data beyond billing records. When your subscription ends:
When a player joins a DCS World server hosted by Fox3, we log their DCS player ID (UCID), in-game name and IP address, together with the server and the time of the connection. We use this only for abuse prevention, ban enforcement and account-sharing checks.
IP addresses are removed from our records after 90 days; the rest of the connection record is kept for up to 365 days. Only Fox3 staff can see these logs, and they are never sold or shared.
