Who can submit
Any virtual squadron, training group, campaign organization, or DCS / IL-2 community that is actively flying together. We don’t require you to host with Fox3, the listing is free.
What we ask for
Group name: the name you fly under
Blurb: 40 to 600 characters describing what you do, when you fly, what you fly
Discord invite: a permanent discord.gg or discord.com/invite link
Website: optional, in case you have one
Logo: JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, max 5 MB. We resize to 256×256.
The submit form, a CAPTCHA at the bottom keeps spam out.
Review process
We review every submission by hand, usually within a couple of days. We’re mostly looking for:
A working Discord invite
A blurb that gives a real sense of who you are
A logo that won’t look broken at small sizes
If we have questions we’ll email the address you submitted with. When approved, you go live on the Groups page immediately.
Updating or removing your listing
Email us via contact with the change and a way to verify you control the listing (post in your group’s Discord, DM us from the submitter address, etc.). Removals are processed within a day.
