What happens after you click 'Get Server', payment options, timing, and the cancellation/refund rules.
We accept both. They behave a little differently:
The checkout form has an optional notes box. Use it for anything we should know before we set up your server. The most common one: your billing address doesn’t match where you actually fly from. If you pay with a US card but your squadron flies from Europe or the Middle East, tell us there and we’ll provision your server in the region with the best ping for you. Region preferences, the squadron you fly with, or anything unusual about your order all belong in that box.
On Squadron tier and up, checkout shows a “Customize your server” section where you can tick any combination of hardware upgrades (CPU, RAM, disk) and mods before you pay. The order summary keeps a live running total as you select, so you always see the full monthly (or quarterly/yearly) price.
The Works Packageappears in the same section on Squadron-and-up tiers: one flat price for any or all of our eight add-on mods (pick your combination with the checkboxes). It automatically replaces any individual mod subscriptions it covers — no refunds on the replaced subscriptions, and the mod selection is changed later via a support ticket. It’s only available at new-server checkoutfor now; it can’t be added to an existing server from the account page. See The Works Package for the full rules.
Nothing else has to be decided up front: you can add or remove hardware add-ons any time afterward from your account dashboard. Co-Op and Value plans use the simple checkout without the configurator (they run on shared hardware that isn’t resized). See Server upgrades for how upgrades apply and how to remove one.
Most customers are flying in 60 minutes or less from the time payment clears. Provisioning runs on a queue between 09:00 and 23:00 EST, Monday through Saturday. Outside those hours we provision the next morning.
Cancel any time from your account dashboard or by opening a ticket on the Fox3 Discord. The server runs through the end of the paid month; we don’t bill the next cycle.
We don’t do partial-month refunds. If you cancel mid-month the server keeps running until the end of the cycle, you don’t lose what you already paid for. If something is wrong on our end, open a Discord ticket and we’ll make it right — billing questions go through Discord tickets like everything else.
A failed renewal payment deactivates the server immediately and starts a 48-hour countdown to deletion. You can recover the server (with all configs, missions, and mods intact) by paying within that window. After 48 hours the host is wiped.
Need a bigger or smaller server? Open a Discord ticket and we’ll cut over, usually within an hour during business hours. Pro-rated billing is handled manually so you don’t pay twice.
Stripe receipts go straight to the email on file. PayPal receipts come from PayPal. If you need a formal invoice for accounting, ping us via contact.
