A web tool that builds polished DCS .miz files on demand. Pick map, era, and scenario, the curator generates a flyable mission, and you download it or auto-push it to your Fox3-hosted server.
Mission Curator is a separate Fox3 product from server hosting. Instead of writing a mission by hand in the DCS Mission Editor (or borrowing one and hoping it still works on the current patch), you tell the curator what you want, map, era, scenario shape, slot mix, and it assembles a complete .miz file ready to fly.
Three subscription tiers gate the heavier features:
A free tier with two missions per month is also available, so you can try the curator before subscribing.
Real Weather– $2.99/mo. One add-on, one charge. It bakes current real-world weather into the missions you build: live METAR for the mission’s map (clouds, wind, QNH and temperature) is written straight into the .miz at build time, and a Real Weather toggle unlocks in the build options. It stacks with any tier, including the free tier.
Real Weather is a single $2.99/mo subscription you buy from the Mission Curator product page. If you also have a Fox3-hosted server, that same subscription automatically switches Real Weather onfor your server(s) too – live weather is baked into the missions running there – at no extra charge. One subscription covers both your server’s live weather and the Real Weather toggle in Mission Curator. Cancel anytime and it turns off in both places; your server itself is never affected.
Time-Changer– $2.99/mo. Set the time of day and date for every mission you build. Pick a preset (dawn, morning, noon, afternoon, dusk, night or midnight) or enter a custom time, choose a mission date, and it’s baked straight into the .miz at build time. A Time-Changercontrol unlocks in the build options. It’s a separate $2.99/mo subscription you buy from the Mission Curator product page and stacks with any tier (including free) and with Real Weather. No server required – it applies to the missions you build. Cancel anytime.
Mission Curator is tied to your Fox3 account. If you already bought a Mission Curator tier or a Fox3-hosted server, an account was created for you at checkout, just sign in. New here? You can create a free Fox3 account first, then pick a plan on the Mission Curator product page. Once you’re signed in, click Mission Curator in the top navigation to open the builder at your tier.
Mission Curator is preparing for its public customer launch. Want a heads-up the moment paid tiers go live? Subscribe on the product page or drop us a note. Questions? Join our Discord and open a ticket in #tickets.
Most virtual squadrons spend more time wrangling Mission Editor than flying. Off-the-shelf missions drift out of date with every DCS patch. Custom-built missions take an experienced author hours each. Mission Curator collapses that into a few minutes per build, with QA baked in so the .miz won’t crash a server on load.
