A use means one new customer signs up for a Fox3 server using your code. It is counted once per customer, at signup. A viewer who uses your code and then stays a subscriber for two years still counts as one use, not twenty-four.
So the yearly target is 12 net-new paying customers, not 12 renewals and not 12 clicks on the code.
A quiet month is forgiven if your 3 month total is still on pace, so 3 signups in one month covers that whole quarter. Miss a target and you get a warning email. A second miss at any point ends the sponsorship.
